I help teams and organizations maximize the value of their Product. To do this, we often decide to adopt frameworks and strategies like Scrum and Kanban in a concrete way, drawing on theory and then turning it into practice. Training is, for me, the starting point. I've been running official courses for Scrum.org and ProKanban.org for years, in Italian, English and Spanish, online and in person — including at my "home of Scrum" in the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, where I bring small groups for immersive sessions away from the office.
Before teaching Scrum and Kanban, I practiced them: I worked as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach on real projects, with all the difficulties books usually don't tell you about. That's where the practical approach of my courses comes from.
I don't teach Scrum (just) to help you pass an exam: I teach Scrum so your team works better starting next week.
