I am a passionate trainer, coach and consultant and I have been living and breathing agility since the very start of my career. I have a 25+ years experience in the information technology industry and have been founder and Chief Executive Officer of successful software companies.
I am a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) for Scrum.org, the “Home of Scrum” founded by Ken Schwaber, co-creator of Scrum.

I am a Scrum enthusiast and strongly believe in people-driven processes. I have a strong attitude to create empathic relationships during my interactive virtual and in-person training classes. 

I love spending my leisure time in my “house of Scrum” in the woods of central Italy (90 Km from Florence), where some in-person courses are held and where students are my guests, enjoying nature and breathing fresh air along with Scrum foundations. 

My courses are optionally taught in Italian, Spanish or English language.
