“Cross-functionality – When do you need an upgrade in your product development alphabet?”
This is the title and the the outcome of a great and enjoyable collaboration with Joanna Płaskonka, Ph.D., which has been recently published on the scrum.org website.
I will never stop saying that Joanna is exactly the kind of person and professional you would want to meet on your journey, besides being a great Agile Coach and PST.
Thanks to Gunther Verheyen for being a great inspiration when writing the article: his concept of “naturally T-Shaped people” has been helpful very frequently in the real world as well, when facing the challenges of building a great Scrum team.
