🤩 I'm thrilled to be delivering my talk at hashtag#IAD2025 on Saturday 8th of November! ... for several reasons:
👉 it's the biggest Agile conference in Italy, and has averaged 1,000 participants in the last three years. That's really huge for an in-person event and I'm honored to speak there! 👉 I will have the opportunity to talk about a topic that means a lot to me, human-driven processes: "The Virtuous Cycle of Value: when delivery fuels Teams and satisfies Customers". It will also be an opportunity to talk again about Evidence-Based Management hashtag#EBM by Scrum.org 👉 It's my second time speaking at Italian Agile Days by Italian Agile Movement and I'm looking forward to meeting again old and new friends! 👉 You can meet me at the Collective Genius Italia booth.
